How do I place an order?

Add the products you want to your cart, then go to checkout and fill in your delivery details. You will receive an email with payment instructions right after you place the order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards at checkout. Your card is charged when you place the order, and a receipt is emailed to you straight away.

When is my order dispatched?

Once we confirm your payment has arrived, we prepare and dispatch your order. You will receive a confirmation email at each step.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on orders over $120. Orders below that amount have a flat $12 delivery fee.

Do I need an account to order?

No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account makes it easier to track your orders and reorder later.

What if I have a problem with my order?
