Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with SongChao Fragrance. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products

We sell home and personal fragrance products: reed diffusers, scented candles, car diffusers, aroma stones, solid perfume, eau de parfum and gift sets. Product photography is representative; because our items are made in small batches, slight variation in colour, finish and scent strength is normal.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. If an item is unavailable or has been listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout by credit or debit card. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.

Delivery

Delivery timeframes and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Returns

Your rights to a refund, replacement or repair are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Safe use

Never leave a burning candle unattended, keep flames away from anything that can catch fire, and keep candles and fragrance oils out of reach of children and pets. Fragrance oils are for their intended use only and are not to be swallowed. Follow the instructions supplied with each product.

Intellectual property

The content on this site, including text, images and branding, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to replacing it or refunding what you paid for it.
